These terms govern your use of this website and any service you request from Relentless Pressure Wash LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote or booking service with us, you agree to these terms.

Text Messaging Program

Program: Relentless Pressure Wash service text messages.

By providing your phone number to Relentless Pressure Wash (for example on our online quote form, by phone, or in person) and, where a checkbox is provided, checking it, you agree to receive text messages from us related to your service and account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice notifications, payment receipts, service reminders, and review requests. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive offers and promotions.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided over the phone, online, or by text are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price is confirmed after an on-site assessment where needed, since factors like surface condition, access, and square footage can affect the scope of work.

Scheduling and weather

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may need to be rescheduled due to weather or conditions outside our control. We'll do our best to notify you as early as possible if that happens.

Property access

You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including moving vehicles, securing pets, and pointing out anything fragile or of concern (irrigation lines, delicate plants, outdoor electronics, etc.) before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

Satisfaction and limitations

We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with the result. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. That said, pressure washing and soft washing can reveal, but do not cause, pre-existing conditions such as worn paint, aged sealant, or deteriorated grout and caulking; we're not responsible for pre-existing damage uncovered during cleaning.

Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time to another customer.

Website use

The content on this website, including text, photos, and design, belongs to Relentless Pressure Wash LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
