Pressure Washing Questions, Answered

Straight answers about pricing, cleaning methods, timing and service area.

Pricing and quotes

How much does pressure washing cost in South Florida?

There's no single price, because a few things change the job a lot: the size of the area, the surface (concrete, pavers, roof tile, stucco), how heavy the staining or growth is, and how easy the area is to reach. Roofs and two-story walls take more time and care than a flat driveway. Starting prices: driveway cleaning from $125 (up to a standard 2-car driveway), pool deck and patio cleaning from $150 (small to medium deck), house washing from $225 (single-story home up to 1,500 sq ft) and roof soft washing from $375 (single-story roof up to 2,000 sq ft). Larger or more heavily stained jobs cost more. Every job is priced individually, and you get a clear price before any work starts.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free, and you know the price before any work begins.

Methods and surface safety

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew, which makes it the safer choice for roofs, painted siding, stucco and screen enclosures. See soft wash vs. pressure wash for a full comparison.

Can pavers be pressure washed without damaging them?

Yes, with the right technique. We use a surface cleaner for an even result and keep pressure moderate so less joint sand washes out. We clean pavers but don't offer re-sanding or sealing. More on driveway and paver cleaning.

Will cleaning harm my plants or landscaping?

We wet plants before cleaning and rinse them afterward so cleaning solution doesn't sit on them, and cover them where needed during roof cleaning.

Timing and scheduling

How often should a Florida home be cleaned?

General guidance for South Florida: house exteriors and roofs every 1 to 2 years, driveways and pool decks about once a year, and gutters about twice a year. Shade, sprinklers and nearby trees can shorten those intervals.

How soon can you schedule my job?

Most jobs are scheduled within the same week, depending on workload and weather.
