Driveway cleaning starts at $125 · up to a standard 2-car driveway
The concrete around your home is likely one of the most expansive surfaces on your property, and it's often one of the most neglected too.
Relentless Pressure Wash can bring your dirty-looking driveways, sidewalks and patios back to their original appearance. We have the experience, the proper equipment and the cleaning detergents for the most common problems, whether it's dirt, mildew, oil stains or rust.
You get a clear price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
How we clean it
We clean flat concrete and paver surfaces with a surface cleaner, a spinning attachment that keeps the spray at a fixed distance from the ground. That gives an even result instead of the stripes a handheld wand can leave.
Areas with heavy algae, mildew or oil staining are pre-treated so pressure doesn't have to do all the work. Afterward, the surface and nearby walls, doors and plants are rinsed so no residue is left behind.
On pavers, pressure is kept moderate to limit how much joint sand washes out. We clean pavers but don't offer re-sanding or sealing. For walls, roofs and painted surfaces, see house washing and roof cleaning, which use low-pressure soft washing instead.

What to expect
Dirt, algae and mildew usually come off completely. Oil, rust and tire marks are different: newer stains often lift well, but stains that have soaked into concrete for years may only lighten. Cracked, chipped or etched concrete will look cleaner, but cleaning can't repair surface damage. If you have a specific stain you're worried about, mention it when you request a quote.
Why it's worth doing right
Concrete and pavers are porous, so dirt, algae and mildew don't just sit on the surface, they work into it. Left long enough, that buildup becomes slippery, stains permanently, and shortens the life of sealant or coatings. Pressure washing on a regular schedule, roughly once a year for most Florida homes, keeps the surface both safer underfoot and easier to clean the next time around.
Common questions
Pressure Washing FAQ
How often should I pressure wash my driveway?
Most homes in Coral Springs do well with an annual cleaning. Properties with a lot of shade, sprinklers that hit the concrete, or nearby construction dust may need it closer to every 6 to 9 months.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers or seal coat?
Not when it's done at the right pressure and distance for the material. We adjust both based on whether the surface is plain concrete, pavers, or has an existing sealant, so the cleaning doesn't strip or pit the surface.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Often, yes, especially newer stains. Older oil stains that have soaked deep into the concrete can usually be lightened but may not disappear completely. Pre-treating the stain before washing gives the best result.
